Gentlemen:
We have inspected the open excavation at Lot 3, Block 2,l
Sunstone Village - 1st Subdivision, a subdivision of Ft.
Collins, Colorado, otherwise known as 2537 Sunstone Drive.
The subject excavation was inspected on August 30, 1988 They.'`
exposed soils indicate a balanced spread footing type"foun-
dation system designed in accordance with the recommenda-
tions contained in the soils and foundation investigation
report performed by Landmark Laboratories Ltd., dated August
31, 1987 is suitable. No water was encountered to a depth -
of 2.0 feet. No perimeter drain is required. All pads and
footings are 8" deep unless otherwise noted.
Based upon those results and our evaluation of the proposed
Conifer III Model with a three car garage, we recommend the
footings shown on the sketch below.
