Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 21, The Meadows at Fox Creek, (2526 Tucker Court), a subdivision of Fort
Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on March 22, 2001.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with our foundation plan,
Job No. 1661-05-18-02.
