Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms at the residence
under construction at Lot 102, The Gates 4th Filing, (4103 Rolling Gate Rd.), a subdivision of Fort
Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on February 21, 2002.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job
No. L4726-02-70-01.
