Gentlemen:
w'e hay e � isually observed the footing forms placed at the residence under construction at Lot
262. Richards lake, (1957 Mainsaii Drive), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This
observation w as performed on January 25, 2002.
It is our opinion that the form widths are in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job
No. 1 197-42-01-01. How -ever, the interior basement pads were not placed at this time. No
substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing- or wall bearing locations.
This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the
contractors, owners responsibility to verify that the home has been located within the appropriate
buildinu, setbacks.
