Burns Construction 1414 W. 28th Loveland, Colorado 80538 Gentlemen: We have inspected the open excavation at Lot 10, Block 1, Sunstone Village - 1st Subdivision, a subdivision of Ft. Collins, Colorado. The subject excavation was inspected on January 10, 1989. The exposed soils indicate a balanced spread footing type foundation system designed in accordance with the recommen- dations contained in the soils and foundation investigation report performed by Landmark Laboratories Ltd., dated August 31, 1987 is suitable. No water was encountered to a depth of 1.5 feet. No perimeter drain is required. All pads and footings are 8" deep unless otherwise noted.
