A representative of Terracon observed the foundation footing size and wall steel
construction for the referenced project on March 25, and 28, 2002, as requested.
Observations made during the foundation construction indicate that the foundation
footing sizes and wall steel placements are constructed in general accordance with the
plans and specifications for this project.
