To whom it may concern,
The above -mentioned address is a home currently being constructed by Richmond
American Homes, Inc. in the City of Fort Collins. The existing foundation was designed
and engineered to be a slab on grade, post tension foundation. This type of foundation
does not require waterproofing or a drain tile system because of the nature of the on -
grade setting.
