You are hereby notified that the above referenced property is in violation of the following
sections of the Uniform Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
2000 UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE SECTION 103.1 REGARDING A PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR
LAWN SPRINKLER INSTALLATION AND SECTION 603. REGARDING CROSS CONNECTIONS
AND BACKFLOW PREVENTION.
These Code violations shall be corrected by: 06/20/2002 (CORRECTED DATE)
If you cannot comply within the time limit specified, please contact this office and
explain any mitigating circumstances you feel may be cause for an extension, otherwise
you will be served a court summons and be subject to a maximum fine of $1000.00 per
day per violation.
Be advised that if future violations of this nature are discovered, you will be issued a
court summons without further notification.
