Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms at the
residence under construction at Lot 127, Registry Ridge, (1503 Reeves Drive), a subdivision of
Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on February 14, 2002.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the KLP foundation
plan, Plan No. 4028.
