Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the structural steel basement floor framing at the above referenced
residence. This observation was performed on March 17 and 28, 2000. This observation included
only the specifications outlined in the plans from Cobb Associates, US Home 3225, #9000330 and
#9900830, regarding the steel joist layout and the joist connections. It is our opinion that the
structural steel basement floor was in general conformance with the above referenced plans.
