Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 44, The Gates 4th, (4108 Cedargate Ct.), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado.
This observation was performed on September 6, 2001.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job
No. L4726-02-55-03.
