Box 270218 Fort Collins, Colorado 80527 Project No.: L4726-02-55-05 Gentlemen: We have visually observed the footing forms placed at the residence under construction at Lot 44, The Gates 4th, (4108 Cedargate Ct.), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on September 4, 2001. However, the garage pads were not observed at this time and should be re -inspected at a later date. It is our opinion that the form widths are in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job No. L4726-02-55-03. No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing, wall or pad bearing locations. This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the contractors'/owners' responsibility to verify that the home has been located within the appropriate building setbacks. If you have any questions, please feel free to call.
