Dear Mr. Gebo:
The following is the list of items identified during; your inspection on March 22, 2002, which
require completion to meet the requirements for the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy.
1. Exterior electrical lighting/signage.
2. Beveled thresholds at all doorway transitions
3. Incorrect door swing travel at hack exit.
4. Pressure relief valve at electric water heater requires extension to floor drain.
5. Sink and faucet installation in exam room #1.
G. Activate hot water heater. (Breakers in off position).
7. Provide mirror at 44" height in both Men's and Women's restrooms.
8. Set hot water heaters (gas tired) to acceptable temperature level.
9. install grab hays on south wall of men's handicapped stall.
10. Correct reversed hot/cold water supply to LH sink in rnen's restroom.
If. Complete grout at floor drain in men's restrmrn.
12. Add drain grates for floor drains in mechanical room.
13. Install washroom sink and faucets.
14. Complete deck on south side 2nd level. (Railings @ 44" height)
15. Secure sliding char at 2nd level to pool .area.
16, Correct excessive gap at copper railings on 2nd floor level.
