Damp Proofing Inspection Certification
I, Robert Bartel, general contractor, certify that the foundation at Lot # 456,
Waterflen P.U.D. also known as 4008 Torridon Lane, has been damp -proofed. It
is a crawl space foundation, so it is not required to be damp -proofed or water-
proofed by code. We are, however, providing this form to prevent confusion that
you have not received a damp -proofing inspection letter.
