This rater completed a from plans (stock plan 1712) on James Company's on 25 April 2001. The rater initially
inspected the property on the above date finding it missing attic access weather-stripping and finding problems with
the installation of the installation on the foundation. Builder corrected these issues and a follow-up inspection was
made to insure the confections were made on 27 February 2002. Please do not withhold issuance of the certificate of
occupancy for reason of noncompliance with the Fort Collins Energy Code.
