Dear Mr. Martin:
A representative of Terracon observed the foundation construction procedures for the
referenced lot located within the Waterglen Subdivision on December 26 and 27, 2001 as
requested.
Observations made during the foundation construction indicate that the footing sizes and the
foundation wall steel are in general accordance with the plans and specifications for this
project.
