Fort Collins building permit records indicate that the building or portion
thereof as authorized by the building permit issued for the address listed
above is occupied without having obtained a. "Certificate of Occupancy"
(CO) or "Letter of Completion" (LOC). Such unauthorized occupancy, is in
violation of the Fort Collins Building Code (1997 Uniform Building Code
as adopted by the City). The contractor of record and/or property owner(s)
is hereby notified that either a CO or LOC authorizing occupancy must be
obtained no later than the end of business,

Failure to comply by the date specified without prior approval for an
extension may result in one or more of the following actions:
• The utilities being disconnected.
• A disciplinary hearing against the contractor of record.
• An order to vacate the building.
. A court summons issued to the owner and/or contractor of record.
Contact the Fort Collins Building & Zoning Department to determine whether
any required approvals or conditions remain in order to obtain the necessary
