Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms at the
residence under construction at Lot 3, Registry Ridge, (1114 Forestel), a subdivision of Fort
Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on November 6, 2000.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with Cobb & Associates
foundation plan, Plan No. 5041.
