Gentlemen:
Per your request we have reviewed the following items:
The first item reviewed was that a single joist instead of a double joist was used under walls
designated to be braced for high wind. It is our opinion that the addition of TJI blocking

it is our opinion that the vertical loads being transferred through trimmers can be distributed
into the second floor joists by the rim. This should be done by filling the last 1' of web each
side with web filler material and then attaching a Simpson A35 framing anchor to the rim
