Gentlemen:
We have visually s placed at the residence under construction at Lot
87, Rigden F �2839 Chase Drive), a s ivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation
was performe on June 29, 1. �
It is our opinion that the form widths are in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job
No. 4155-03-01-04. No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing, wall or
pad bearing locations.
This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the
contractors/owners responsibility to verify that the home has been located within the appropriate
building setbacks.
