Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms at the residence
under construction at Lot 59, Shenandoah, (209 Strasburg Drive), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on September 22, 1999.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with MNA, Inc. foundation plan,
Job No. 1111.
