Dear Mr. Whitehead:
The building and property located at 2025 Sharp Point Drive in Fort Collins (Lots 13 & 14
of Prospect Industrial Park) is located in the I (Industrial) zoning district. The permitted
uses in this zone include warehouses, offices, and other accessory uses that are
customarily associated with moving and storage operations such as Cowen Moving and
Storage. City records indicate that the property in question was developed and approved
in accordance with applicable zoning regulations. Therefore the current use of the
property is a legal and approved use.
There are presently no known zoning violations of record on file with the City of Fort
Collins for the above -referenced property.
