Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under construction
at Lots 25 & 26, Storybook, (2020 & 2014 Chesapeak Drive), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on April 19, 2000.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job
No.1113-08-06-01.
