Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms at the
residence under construction at Lot 179, Registry Ridge, (1239 Intrepid Drive), a subdivision of
Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on June 15, 2001.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the MNA Inc. foundation
plan, Job No. 9821.
