Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms at the
residence under construction at- Lod 180; Registry Ridge; i12» intrepid Drive), a subdivision off
Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on July 20, 2001.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with MNA's foundation plan,
Project No. 9822.
