Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms at the
residence under construction at Lot 61, Registry Ridge, (1233 Forestel Drive), a subdivision of
Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on November 24, 2000.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan
drawn by NINA, Inc., Plan No. 5024.
