To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to certify that Pendergrass and Associates made observations of reinforcing
of the foundation walls and structural concrete floors. Based on these observations, it is
my opinion that the walls and structural Mor were reinforced in accordance with project
documents issured by this office..
This letter is not meant to assume responsibility for actions taken after 1 left the johsite ,
nor does it relieve the contractor of his obligation to conform to the project plans.
