Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 78, Overlook 4th, (1909 Lookout Lane), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on January 19, 2000.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job
No.1092-75-03-01.
