Dear Mrs. Singleton,
Thank you for taking the time to ask about permit requirements for your proposed vine arbor,
which you wish to construct over your driveway on the west side of your house. After clarifying
any Zoning issues with Mr. Peter Bames, it is agreed that the structure would be limited in size to a
maximum of 120 sq. ft. And not to exceed 8 ft. In height. It will be of light weight construction for
the purpose of supporting plant vines only. Following these guidelines, a building permit would not
be required.
Please contact me when this structure is complete so that_I may verify compliance and finalize any
notes to the file. If you have any questions, please feel free to call.
