On November 10 and 20, 2000, a representative of Weeks & Associates observed the footings
and foundation wall reinforcing for the residence under construction at the referenced site.
Based on our observations it is our opinion the footing sizes, void form placement, and
foundation wall steel reinforcement are in substantial accordance with the engineered
foundation plan for the project by Weeks & Associates.
