Gentlemen
On December 21, 1999 and December 28, 1999 a representative of Weeks & Associates
observed the footings and foundation wall reinforcing for the residence under construction at Lot
7 Willow Springs North also known as 1801 Thyme Court.
Based on our observations it is our opinion the footing sizes and foundation wall steel
reinforcement are in substantial accordance with the engineered foundation plan for the project
by Weeks & Associates dated December 2, 1999 and revised December 22, 1999.
