To whom it may concern:
November 30, 1990
The site inspection requested of the property developed under
oakridge Business Park PUD 13th filing was completed on Friday,
November 30, 1990. It was found at that time that the site
development, (that portion of the project exterior to the building
envelopes), was substantially complete. The only discrepancies
found were the deletion of two (2) small sections of sidewalk
indicated on the approved PUD site plan. Your project supervisor
indicated that this minor change was soon to be submitted to the
City Planning Department for approval. The site development will
be considered complete when approval is granted for the deletion of
the sidewalks indicated or when they have been installed.
