Dear Felix,
Further to our request for a variance to 1988 UBC Section 3801(c)
City of Fort Collins Amendment #57, adopted June 5, 1990 Ordinance
#56, and to our phone discussion yesterday, we agree to provide two
one -hour hollow metal doors and frames, maintained in a closed
position, with a self -closing device, and a sign on each face of
each door that reads "FIRE DOOR - MUST BE KEPT CLOSED".
