NOTICE TO VACATE, DEMOLISH, OR REPAIR
The owner, as stated above, is hereby ordered and notified that:
The above violations must be corrected, and any necessary permits must be
obtained,
within days from receipt of this notice. All required work shall be completed
within 20 days from the date of commencement of the work. Failure to respond with-
in the time limits specified may require that the dwelling be vacated and posted to
prevent further occupancy until the work is completed and result in possible court
action.
RIGHT TO APPEAL
This order may be appealed to the Building Board of Appeals in writing through the City
Building Inspection Office at 300 Laporte Avenue, 484-4220 Ext. 636. Any appe,il must
be made within 30 days from receipt of this notice, otherwise all rights to a hearing
will be waived. A _
