Description of Work: VT of structural steel erection.
Persons Notified of Results: M. Walker/Terracon; M. McCreary/Colo. Structures
Observations: Per the request of M. McCreary of Colorado Structures, visual inspection
of the erection of structural steel was performed with the following conditions observed:
Bar joist bottom chord kicker and uplift brace placement acceptably complete in all
areas.
Loading dock roof beam to CMU wall embed connection welding acceptably
complete.
This inspection visit completes testing requirements for structural steel for the project with
all previously reported deficient conditions found acceptably corrected per plan or engineer
of record approved modification specifications.
