For your information, attached is a copy of the Staffs use -by -right review comments
concerning the proposed building at 1725 E. Prospect.
The site and landscape plans submitted were reviewed by the City Engineering
Departmi:�nl, Zoning Department, Planning Department, Transportation Department, Light
& Power Department, Water Department, Natural Resources department and the City
Forester. The comments are offered by Staff to assist you in preparing final plans for
building permit submittal.
