Dear Steve:
The four-plex located at 1101 Alford in Fort Collins is in the RM (medium
density residential) zoning district. This zone allows four-plexes and does
not regulate the length of stay of the occupants. Each unit may be occupied
by one family or no more than three (3) unrelated persons. The proposed use
as transition housing would maintain the building as a four-plex, and would
be permitted under our current codes.
