The property in question was developed in accordance with the approved Planned Unit Development plan called Fossil Creek Commercial Plaza PUD. Therefore the current use of the property is a legal and approved use. The building setbacks were determined at the time the development was applied for and approved as a PUD. There are presently no known zoning violations or other City Code violations of record on file with the City of Fort Collins for the above -referenced property.
