Dear Mr. Wuest,
I have been informed by the City's Light and Power that the electrical service, to the above referenced
address, has a damaged risor at the meter. Since this can be a potential fire hazard due to the pinching
of the electrical cables inside the pipe, I am requiring that you replace the risor within 10 days of
receipt of this letter. You will need to contact the Light and Power folks to disconnect the service
while repairs are made and to reconnect. Contact Mr. Jim Swartz at 221-6700.
Failure to comply with this letter, will require that I order Light and Power to disconnect the electric
service until repairs can be made.
Please contact me as soon as repairs have been made.
