The purpose of this letter is to inform VOL] of a request for a modification of
the Zoning Code of the City of Fort Collins.

A variance of Code Section(s) 29-133 (3)
has been requested by: Fort Collins Housing Authority
for the following described property: 1715 W. Mountain Avenue
The variance would reduce the required front yard setback from 20 feet to
15 feet for an addition to the Fort Collins Housing Authority building in
the RL zone. The addition will line up with the existing wall.
This item will appear on the Zoning Board of Appeals agenda as Appeal No. 1865
As an adjacent property owner, your input would be appropriate in the
consideration of the variance request.
The hearing on this appeal will be held at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 12
