NOTICE OF DANGEROUS BUILDING(S) AND ORDER FOR COMPLIANCE
BUILDING LOCATION: 1710 Morningside, Fort Collins
BUILDING DESCRIPTION: Duplex
OWNER: Maurice and Erma Bristol Trust, c/o Luis and Lee Robinson
Pursuant to Chapter 5, Article II of the City Code and to Section 401 of
the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, the above build-

Section 302 (4) - Porch cover over basement stairway at rear of building is
likely to fail, or to become detached or dislodged,or to collapse.
NOTICE TO VACATE, DEMOLISH OR REPAIR
The owner, as stated above, is hereby ordered and notified that:
The above violation which was discovered during a tenant -requested inspection
must be corrected by repairing the structure or removing it
within 10 days from the date of order. All required work shall be com-
pleted within 7 days from the date of issuance of the permit. Failure
to respond within time limits specified will require that the building(s)
be posted as unsafe to occupy, and may result in the City of Fort Collins
performing the work or having it done by others and charging the costs the-
reof against the property or its owner, or issuing a court summons for
failure to comply with this order.
This order may be appealed by any persons having any record title or legal
interest in the building to the Building Board of Appeals in writing
through the City Building Inspection Office at 300 Laporte Avenue,
221-6760. Any appeal must be made within 30 days from receipt of this
notice, otherwise ail rights to a hearing and determination of the matter
will be waived.
