Box 270218 Fort Collins, Colorado 80527 Project No: 4726-02-35-03 Gentlemen: We have visually observed the footing fortes placed at the residence under construction at Lot 96, Gates 4th, (1703 Greetgattr: Drive), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation ww, performed on April 13, 2001. It is our opinion that the form widths are in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job No. 4726-02-35-01. No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing, wall or pad bearing locations. However, the in garage pad was not constructed at this time therefore it should be inspected at a later date. -1 Ws observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the contractors/owners responsibility to verify that the home hac been located within the appropriate building setbacks. If you have any questions, please feel free to call.
