We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 77, Greenstone, (1631 Streamside Drive), Larimer County, Colorado. This
observation was performed on February 24, 2000.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job
No. 4612-04-01-01.
