Gentlemen:
The 1999 NEC Article 518-2b and 518-4 states that an occupancy rating of over 100
persons shall not be wiring in Non metallic cable or romex.
It is our understanding that this building is rated at 102 persons and that the requirement
that the building be wired in MC cable is waived.
Precision Service Electric, Inc. is wiring this building in romex per our telephone
conversations and this is acceptable to the City of Fort Collins.
