Box 270218 Fort Collins, Colorado 80527 Project No: 4726-02-45-03 Gentlemen: We have visually observed the footing forms at the residence under construction at Lot 11J0, Gates 4th, (1609 Greengate Drive), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on May 23, 2001. It is our opinion that the form widths are in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job No. 4726-02-45-01. No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing, wall or pad bearing locations. This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the contractors/owners responsibility to verify that the home has been located within the appropriate building setbacks. If you have any questions, please feel free to call.
