` This permit is issued to the undersigned owner with the understanding that
said owner assumes all responsibility for the construction of the footing
and foundation and that.the plans are neither checked nor approved as to
construction or as to'the loads presumed to be carried on the same or as
to the super -structure to be erected thereon. Before the footing and
,foundation is used or a permit issued for the construction of any structure
on the footing and foundation, the same must be made to conform in every
manner with the then existing ordinance or law governing the construction
of foundations and footings for buildings.
THIS PLAN IS NEITHER CHECKED NOR APPROVED FOR LOADS OF SUPER -STRUCTURE.
No combustible materials to be stored on site until permanent road base is
in and fire hydrants operable.
No footing and foundation permits shall be issued unless there is an all-
weather road access to the building site.

Dear Bill,
The permit application for this single family residence is in Mike
Murrays name. I haven't gotten the opportunity to come in and take the
exam for my own license yet. However, I will be doing the acturalCO-�
supervision and scheduling.
The reason for this request is that we have been delayed in starting
construction due to several things: 1). Engineering required for permiting
was not provided by the draftsman; 2).A.stress diagram was requested by
Roy and is in the works for a cantilever beam; 3). and Financing was held
up by appraisal delays. All this amounts to us approaching -the deadlines
of some of our sub —contractor bids.
We can have all of the information required by your office by the
end of nest week, but, if possible I would like to begin concrete work
by Tuesday, May 24th. If there is any further information or requirements
we must meet please let me know._ Thank you for your time.
