This letter is to inform, and to receive approval for the signage at 152 W. Mountain Ave.
I met with Karen McWilliams (Historic Preservation) and together we developed a color & font
sign pattern that I believe will meet the conditions set forth by the Zoning Variance Committee.
The attached drawing illustrates the pattern and indicates the color and fonts to be used on the
different signs.
