This building permit for the address below is issued to the undersigned with the
understanding that said person assumes all responsibility for the construction and that
the plans submitted with this application have not been reviewed by the City for codes
compliance. Upon completion of the plans review by the City and notification of the
undersigned thereof, this permit will become revoked and no further work will be
authorized hereunder unless the approved plans are retrieved by the undersigned and
this permit is re -instated. The undersigned also acknowledges that the issuance of this
permit in no way waives compliance with any applicable City ordinance or code and that
any and all violations of such related to this construction must be corrected prior to
approval of the frame inspection. No inspections other than the footing/foundation,
and underground plumbing, electrical, or mechanical are hereunder authorized.

General Instructions
- No combustible materials will be permitted on site until permanent road base
is installed and fire hydrants are operable.
- An all weather, emergency vehicle access road must be provided prior to permit
approval.

A temporary job card will be issued and must be redeemed in the Building
Inspection office for a new permanent job card upon completion of plan check,
and prior to frame inspection, otherwise the permit will be automatically revoked.
All building permit fees must be collected prior to issuance.
Site plan review for zoning, utilities, emergency vehicle access, and public im-
provements must be complete.
