Re: Site construction inspection of Phase 1 (Addendum) work at 1510 South
College, Fort Collins, Colorado.

On 9-29-00 the 1 3/4" x 5 1/2" 1.9E Microllams, installed at the second floor west
side of the building and used to support the furnace, were inspected. Based on
this inspection it is concluded that these floor microllams were installed in
accordance with construction drawings.
