RE: 1510 S. College Avenue
Dear Mr. Ladanyi:
Upon my recent inspection of 1510 S. College, it has been brought to
my attention that there are building code problems that do exist, and
need to be corrected. Prior to these corrections being made, you need
to bring a floor plan of the above building to Building Inspection in
order to obtain a building permit and to change the occupancy from a
B-2 to an R-1. This will then require inspections being done as work
is completed.
